C. Lewis is a Chinese artist, actually named Chen Tai-yu and was born in 1963. C. Lewis (Chen) felt a need to adopt a pseudonym that would create a more universal interest in his work. From 1982 to 1985, Lewis studied at the National Central Fine Art Institute in Guangdong. After his graduation, C. Lewis started his career as a professional artist. Paintings by C. Lewis have won National acclaim. His works can be found in many corporate and private collections around the world.
