Chris Ross Williamson

Chris Ross Williamson is an artist working from his studio in Barton Le Clay, Bedfordshire. Predominantly oil on panel, his work features a Jack Russell dog called Barton Darcy and his owner, Garfield Eldritch. Simple ditties accompany the work - 4 line poems about the work as the dog sees it. Often described as whimsical or quirky, his paintings usually feature the British coast with occasional trips to London. Landscape and architecture feature heavily as a backdrop, and humour is often evident. Chris says "I like to give people a grin if I can!"
