Small French Bulldog

The Small French Bulldog Bronze from Richard Cooper Studio is a charming bronze figurine that captures the distinctive character and sturdy charm of this popular breed. Sculpted by Michael Simpson, this delightful piece portrays the French Bulldog’s alert stance, expressive face, and compact, muscular build with exquisite detail.

Cast in solid foundry bronze using the traditional lost wax method, the sculpture is finished with the art of patination. Various acids are applied to the bronze surface, followed by heat, creating a deep, rich brown patina. The bronze is then sealed with a protective wax to enhance the colour and preserve the sculpture for years to come.

Each piece is engraved with the sculptor’s signature and limited edition number, and comes beautifully presented in a printed presentation box with a signed certificate of authenticity, making it a perfect collectible for dog lovers and fine art enthusiasts alike
